Alchemy SDK v0.11.0: Shift Layers and Clocked Param Locks

Alchemy SDK v0.11.0 is out, with Echoa 1.4.0 and Spagyros 2.1.0 built on it. Some bug fixes baked into the SDK, and a total rework of parameter locks: clocked locks, new animations, and exit policies. That is a big change for what a param lock surface can offer. Plus, by request, proper shift layers, done by extending the pager. Both modules flash from the Web Programmer.

Echoa 1.4.0

• Every pot is filtered and gated. An idle knob no longer drifts with converter noise, so delay times hold still and repeats stop warbling in pitch.
• Parameter locks arm after half a percent of travel instead of three, and the loop is anchored where the knob sat before you moved it. Clearing a lock still takes a firmer nudge.

• Changing a row's effect clears only the locks on that row's two pots. Locks on the other rows keep playing, and the two-button mute still clears everything.
• At 24 PPQN a busy frame no longer drops clock pulses, so Chopper, Beat Repeat, and a synced Echo stop wobbling or hunting for tempo.
• Pots are filtered and locks arm on the first touch, as on Echoa. The pip at the bottom of the ring is solid red while recording and blinks red during playback.
